How long does a brand project usually take?
Most projects wrap in 3–6 weeks, depending on the package. A Logomark moves quickly — usually 1–2 weeks. A full Brand Identity needs more room to breathe, around 5–6 weeks, since strategy and refinement take time. Tight deadline? Send me a message and we'll figure out what's realistic.
What happens after I book?
You'll get a welcome email with a short brand questionnaire and an invoice for the 50% deposit. Once both are returned, we kick off with a discovery call — that's step one of the four-step process (Discover / Design / Deliver / Launch). From there, you'll see concepts, give feedback, and we refine until it's right. Expect to be involved at three key checkpoints, not micromanaging every pixel.
What if I don't love the first round?
That's what revisions are for. Every package includes set revision rounds (2 for Essential, 3 for Signature, 4 for Brand Identity) — and honestly, the first round is meant to spark direction, not nail the final mark. Specific, written feedback gets us there faster than vague reactions. If we hit the revision cap and you still want changes, we can scope additional rounds at an hourly rate.
What files do I get, and do I own them?
Yes — once the project is paid in full, the final brand assets are yours. You'll receive everything in print-ready and web-ready formats (AI, SVG, PNG, JPG, PDF) plus a brand guidelines doc so anyone you hand it to — printer, web dev, social manager — knows exactly how to use it. Working files (source AI files) are included on Brand Identity packages.
